Discussion
In this course you will be expected to participate in discussions. This works well if people are following the readings and taking an active interest in learning about the history of art in the 20th century.
Cultural norms relating to student behavior in class differ, but please be aware that you are welcome to share your thoughts in class.
Writing
You will be expected to write a major and a minor paper, one will be due at
Halloween, the other at Thanksgiving. These writings should reflect personal
research into the work of an artist or several artists who use(d) or refer(red)
to new media in their work.
